Matt Johnson Ranked #3 in the USA and within Top 10 in the world.
Wellington Fla. - March 18, 2017 - Engel & Völkers North America, announced the recipients of the company’s 2016 North America awards after their annual four day company conference called “Exchange”, hosted last week at the world famous Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach.
“Engel & Völkers has established a solid reputation of premium international real estate service because we continue to attract top performers who share our commitment to quality and professionalism,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America.
Last year Matt Johnson of Engel & Volkers Wellington was inducted into the “Private Office”, an international group of the top performing Advisors within the company. This designation is granted through a nomination process and selected based on an advisor’s consistent, year-after-year production numbers, market expertise and notably high-quality service.
This year Johnson outdid himself again by ranking among the top 1% of Advisors in North America & Canada, earning in excess of 1 Million dollars in commissions, thereby placing himself into the company’s elite club the “Chairman’s Circle”. Even more astounding is that Johnson’s sales production ranked him number 3 in the United States and among the Top 10 Advisors in the world.
“I was totally shocked”, Johnson said, “when they called me on stage for the award! My goals have always been to work hard and do my best for my customers, but of course it’s nice to be recognized, especially by my peers, for the time and dedication that I put into each transaction behind the scenes. What a great blessing, I owe so much to all those around me.”
Johnson, also a fellow equestrian & competitor, has been selling real estate in Wellington for 18 years and according to current multiple-listing data, he seems to be on track for another banner year, closing over $17.1 million in sales in January alone.
